CJC-1295 (No DAC) / Ipamorelin - GHRH + GHRP Blend

This blend combines the two most widely studied growth-hormone-axis research peptides in a single vial: CJC-1295 without DAC (a Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone analog, also called Mod GRF 1-29) and Ipamorelin (a selective Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide). Researchers pair them because they act on two different receptor systems - GHRH and ghrelin - that together drive a larger and cleaner GH pulse than either peptide produces alone. It is the classic “GHRH + GHRP” stack and the most commonly referenced combination in published growth-hormone pulsatility studies.

Why GHRH + GHRP Matters

The pituitary releases growth hormone (GH) in pulses. GHRH (the pathway CJC-1295 targets) sets up the pulse. A GHRP (the pathway Ipamorelin targets) amplifies and extends it. Running one without the other captures only half of the signaling - combining them is the standard way to study physiologically-shaped GH pulses.

Peptid Receptor class Was es im Klartext bedeutet
CJC-1295 (No DAC) GHRH analog Initiates a pulse of GH release from the pituitary
Ipamorelin GHRP (ghrelin-receptor agonist) Amplifies the pulse; minimal cortisol or prolactin cross-activation

Why “No DAC” Matters

CJC-1295 exists in two versions. The original DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) version has a molecular adapter that binds to albumin and extends the peptide’s half-life to around a week, which produces a sustained, non-pulsatile GH elevation. The “No DAC” (also called Mod GRF 1-29) version has no adapter, a much shorter half-life, and preserves the natural pulsatile pattern of GH release. For studies that want to characterize physiological GH pulses alongside Ipamorelin, No DAC is the standard choice.

Forschungsanwendungen

The blend is used in studies examining:

  • GH and IGF-1 pulsatility under combined GHRH/GHRP stimulation
  • Sleep-quality and recovery endpoints (GH release peaks during deep sleep)
  • Body-composition changes under sustained GH-axis stimulation
  • Comparison of No-DAC (pulsatile) vs. DAC (sustained) pharmacokinetics
  • Dose-response curves for GHRH + GHRP combinations

Common Questions About CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin

What is CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin used for in research?

The blend is studied in growth-hormone pulsatility research. CJC-1295 (No DAC) initiates the pulse via the GHRH receptor; Ipamorelin amplifies it via the ghrelin receptor. Combined, they produce larger and cleaner GH pulses than either peptide alone.

Why use CJC-1295 No DAC instead of DAC?

The DAC version has a half-life of about a week and produces a sustained, non-pulsatile GH elevation. The No DAC version (Mod GRF 1-29) has a short half-life and preserves the natural pulsatile GH pattern. For studies paired with Ipamorelin - which is itself pulsatile - No DAC is the standard choice because it matches the pulse window of the GHRP.

Does CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin affect sleep in published studies?

GH release in humans peaks during deep (slow-wave) sleep, and several published studies using this blend report pre-sleep administration. The most commonly tracked endpoints are IGF-1 levels the following morning and sleep-stage distribution.

Is CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin FDA approved?

No. Neither CJC-1295 nor Ipamorelin is FDA approved for any human use. Every vial WWP ships is labeled and sold strictly for laboratory and research use only.

How is the blend stored?
