A note on identity verification (KYC)
Every guide above asks you to verify your identity (full name, date of birth, sometimes Social Security Number). That step is called KYC - "Know Your Customer." It's required by US federal law (the Bank Secrecy Act) and similar laws in most countries before any company can sell you cryptocurrency. It's not a Cash App / Trust Wallet / Exodus policy - it's the law.
Where your information is stored: with the company you're purchasing crypto from. Cash App keeps your KYC data with Block Inc. Coinbase keeps it with Coinbase. MoonPay, Ramp, Transak, PayPal, and others each hold their own copies under their own privacy policies. Once your crypto is purchased and sits in your wallet, your KYC info stays with the seller - it doesn't follow the coins.
WWP never sees, receives, or stores any of your KYC information. We see a wallet address sending crypto to our wallet address. That's the entire transaction record on our side. Your name, address, SSN, ID photos, and bank details never leave the third-party processor you bought your crypto from.
One-time setup. KYC is a one-time verification per provider. Once you're verified with Cash App (or whichever app you choose), future purchases skip this step entirely.

When your bank asks who pays the wire fees, choose OUR. This means the sender (you) covers all bank fees in the chain - intermediary banks won't deduct anything in transit, so the full order amount reaches us.
