All products are sold for research purposes only. Due to the nature of peptide compounds, all sales are final unless the conditions below apply. Read this policy before placing your order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on peptide products once an order has shipped. This applies regardless of whether the product has been opened. This policy exists because:
Send your compound to any third-party laboratory for testing. When submitting, list World Wide Peptides as the vendor. Once you receive the COA, email it to us as a PDF along with your order number and we will issue store credit for that product.
Requirements:
Store credit is issued to your account and does not expire. We do not issue cash refunds under the purity guarantee.
If your order arrives visibly damaged due to a shipping incident, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the packaging and product. We will assess the claim and issue a replacement shipment or store credit at our discretion.
Damage claims submitted after 7 days of the confirmed delivery date will not be accepted.
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost or issue a full refund for the affected product, at your preference.
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the estimated delivery window, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the shipment is confirmed lost, reship the order or issue store credit. WWP does not issue cash refunds for lost shipments unless the reshipment option is unavailable.
Estimated delivery is 10-15 business days from dispatch. International customs delays are outside our control and do not qualify as lost shipments.
Orders may be cancelled and fully refunded only if the request is made before the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at support@worldwidepeptides.com if you need to cancel.
The flat $100 shipping fee is non-refundable in all circumstances, including cases where a product refund or store credit is issued.
