Shipping Options & Customs

Two shipping lines.
You pick the one that fits.

We offer US-Based Wholesale (ships from our US warehouse) and Overseas Direct (ships internationally to your address). Both are legitimate paths used by thousands of customers - the right one for you depends on whether you hold Global Entry or TSA PreCheck status and how often you travel internationally.

For Global Entry holders specifically

Why some customers prefer the US line.

If you hold Global Entry, TSA PreCheck, NEXUS, or another CBP trusted-traveler membership, this section is for you. If you don't (most US adults don't), you can skip ahead - the customs profile of either shipping line is unlikely to affect your day-to-day, and Overseas Direct is a perfectly reasonable pick for the lower per-pack price.

For trusted-traveler holders: if a peptide shipment to your address gets flagged by US Customs and Border Protection - whether seized, opened, or simply held for review - that incident can be tied to you as the addressee. Some customers in research-community discussions have reported their trusted-traveler status reviewed or revoked after their address was associated with a customs incident around imported research compounds.

This isn't a guarantee of consequences - many customers receive international peptide shipments their entire lives without issue. But for someone who flies internationally five-plus times a year and relies on Global Entry to skip the inbound-customs line, eliminating that risk entirely by choosing US-domestic shipping is often worth the 15-25% per-pack price difference.

The two paths, side by side

What to expect from each line.

Both lines carry the same compounds at the same purity spec. The difference is what happens between our warehouse and your door:

Overseas Direct
Lower per-pack pricing, international shipping
  • 15-25% lower per-pack price vs the US line
  • Ships internationally to your address
  • 10-15 day typical delivery window
  • Goes through US customs on arrival
  • Customs declaration filed in your name
  • Free reship guarantee if customs holds it (most destinations)
US-Based Wholesale
Faster delivery, no customs leg
  • Standard published wholesale pricing
  • Ships from our US warehouse via USPS / UPS
  • 2-3 day typical delivery window
  • No customs interaction on the delivery leg
  • No CBP record of your address as importer
  • Global Entry / TSA PreCheck status unaffected

Neither path is universally "better" - they fit different customer profiles. Read on for who tends to pick which.

Who picks which line

Two reasonable answers, depending on you.

Overseas Direct is the right pick if you don't hold a CBP trusted-traveler membership (Global Entry, TSA PreCheck, NEXUS, SENTRI), you don't fly internationally often enough for one to be worth applying for, or you prioritize the lower per-pack price over the customs profile. This is the majority of our retail customers. The lower pricing meaningfully changes the math for anyone buying multiple packs.

US-Based Wholesale is the right pick if you hold Global Entry, TSA PreCheck, or another CBP trusted-traveler benefit, you fly internationally enough that protecting that status is worth a 15-25% per-pack premium, or you simply want the faster 2-3 day delivery and zero customs interaction. Many of our wholesale partners pick the US line for both reasons.

Either choice is fine. Both lines are real WWP offerings backed by the same purity spec, same compound catalog, same support team. The page exists so you can make the choice informed instead of finding out the implications after the fact.

How to order on the US line

The choice is yours at checkout.

WWP offers two parallel shipping lines, and both are available to every customer on the site:

US-Based Wholesale ships from our US warehouse via standard domestic carriers (USPS, UPS). The package travels US-to-US - no border crossing, no customs touch, no international transit. Per-pack pricing is our standard published wholesale rate.

Overseas Direct ships internationally to your address. Per-pack pricing is lower. The tradeoff is that your address receives an international shipment with all the customs implications that entails - including the trusted-traveler risk discussed above.

Both lines carry the same compounds at the same purity spec. The only meaningful difference for a retail customer is the shipping origin - and the customs profile that comes with it.

If protecting your Global Entry is the priority, choose US-Based Wholesale when you order. If you're not concerned about trusted-traveler status and want the lower per-pack price, Overseas Direct is the other option. You're in control of which path your shipment takes.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about customs & trusted-traveler risk.

Can my Global Entry really be revoked over a peptide shipment?

Yes, in practice. Global Entry, TSA PreCheck, NEXUS, and SENTRI are all administered by US Customs and Border Protection. Approval is conditional on a clean record with CBP, including no customs incidents linked to your name or address. A package seizure, opened-and-held parcel, or even a documented customs declaration discrepancy can show up on the next renewal review and result in revocation. CBP doesn't always announce the specific reason - the membership just doesn't renew.

What if I ship to a different name at my address?

This is a common workaround that doesn't fully work. CBP and CBP-adjacent screening systems associate package history with addresses, not just names. A pattern of customs-flagged shipments to your residential address can affect trusted-traveler status regardless of which name was on the parcel. Using a freight forwarder or PO box has its own complications and doesn't eliminate the underlying issue.

Is this only a US concern?

The Global Entry / TSA PreCheck angle is US-specific. But other countries have analogous concerns - Canada's NEXUS program, the UK's Registered Traveller, and EU trusted-traveler equivalents can all be affected by customs-side incidents in those jurisdictions. The general principle holds: receiving international peptide shipments at a residential address creates a documented connection between you and an imported regulated-category compound, and that record persists.

Does WWP guarantee I won't have customs issues if I order from the US line?

For US-Based Wholesale orders shipped from our US warehouse, there's no customs leg in the delivery chain - so the customs risk is structurally eliminated, not just minimized. We can't promise zero shipping incidents (domestic carriers occasionally lose or damage packages) but the trusted-traveler concern is specifically about CBP import records, and US-domestic shipments don't create them.

If you order from our Overseas Direct line instead, your package goes through international customs to reach you - and the customs profile of that shipment is identical to ordering direct from any other overseas supplier. That choice is yours; we just want it to be an informed one.

How do I switch lines on an order I already placed?

Contact our team with your order number and tell us which line you want it on - we'll confirm which line it's currently routed to and switch it if the order hasn't dispatched yet. Once a package has shipped, the line is locked in for that order, but future orders are always your choice.

This applies in both directions - we move orders to the US line for customers who realized they care about the customs profile, and we move orders to Overseas Direct for customers who'd rather have the lower per-pack price.

How do I know my US-line package didn't secretly come from overseas?

The tracking number tells you. The first carrier scan on a US-Based Wholesale shipment will be at a US carrier facility (USPS, UPS, or FedEx domestic). If the first scan is an international location, that's a red flag worth raising with us. Every US-line order on WWP ships from our US warehouse - first-scan should always be domestic.

Both lines are one click away.

Same purity, same catalog, two shipping options. Pick the one that matches your situation - and feel free to ask us if you're not sure.

Note: This page summarizes general patterns reported within the research-compound community and CBP's published criteria for trusted-traveler programs. It is not legal advice. Trusted-traveler eligibility decisions are made by US Customs and Border Protection and depend on the totality of an applicant's record. If you've already had a customs incident and have concerns about your existing CBP membership, consult an immigration or customs attorney.
